NYBA is holding our annual spring (group practice) iaido seminar. The seminar will be held over two consecutive days, and include both Ryushin Shouchi Ryu (RSR) (柳心照智流) and Muso Shinden Ryu (MSR) (夢想神伝流). MSR instruction will be taught by special guest instructor Malcolm ‘Tiki’ Shewan Sensei, and NYBA’s headmaster Phillip Ortiz Sensei.

This budo theme is Shu-Ha-Ri (守破離) is martial arts concept that describes the stages of learning to mastery.
