Unfortunately due to several facilities and insurance problems, the GNY seminar venue location has changed to the Wightman Gym of William Paterson University in New Jersey (300 Pompton Rd, Wayne, NJ 07470,

This change may present a big logistical hurdle for those living / staying in New York City, as UberXLs cost $150-200 one-way and sometimes refuse service in/out of NYC to NJ, and public transit requires 2-3 transfers and takes ~2+ hours.

To make things easier, we are going to try to offer a bus service for everyone for $40 a head.

PLEASE FILL OUT THIS FORM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE to let us know if you would be interested in this option. We ask that you please fill it out even if you do not want to take the bus so we can get a better idea. If at least 40 people express interest in the bus option, then we will follow up for payment (i.e. please do not pay us now!).

This is just a reminder that if you have not yet registered for the party, we are extending the registration until next Friday as well! It will feature a catered dinner and drinks (though it's BYOB!), fun games, superlatives, and much revelry! If we end up getting a shuttle bus, we don't want anyone getting FOMO since we do not have a door price due to the pre-catered meals.
